Because your needs are not limited to the purchase of equipment, FORT undertakes to offer you a quick and faultless after sale service. FORT repairs your endoscopy equipment in the shortest possible time, and you will enjoy a parts and labour warranty of 3 months for each repair carried out.
With the expertise of our technicians, our commercial team will send you a repairs estimate within 48 hours. Following your consent, a maximum deadline of 15 days will be needed to ensure the return of your repaired equipment to your premises.
For all repairs, the equipment should be sent to this address: FORT SA - 3 rue Lambert - ZI de la Gaudrée - 91410 Dourdan cedex – France Conditions SAV: all the devices manufactured and marketed by Fort are subject to a parts and labour warranty of 1 year subject to "normal" use. |

Our service:
Part under warranty
Upon receipt of the equipment, the skilled technical departments make a 'workshop' quotation which then enables the sales department to determine the decision under warranty for the repair. The company Fort undertakes to ensure this operation within a period of 15 days and/or to make available equivalent equipment, according to availability and the customer’s need during the repair period.
Equipment outside warranty
Upon receipt of the equipment, the skilled technical departments make a workshop quotation which allows the sales department to establish an estimate which is forwarded to the customer.
Upon receipt of the customer's consent, the Fort company undertakes to perform the repair within 15 days. After this time, equivalent equipment may be made available to the customer according to availability and the needs of the customer. Helpful solutions
If the repair period has a detrimental effect on your business, the company FORT commits to propose contingency solutions to you such as the loan of equivalent equipment or hire of an endoscopic kit according to your requests.
Note: If the equipment loan is returned to us damaged as a result of incorrect use, the repair bill for the device will be invoiced to you. |

Pricing:
The repair rates have no hidden extras. A price list for repairs has been implemented to be totally transparent in respect to our customers. Our price list is based on 3 types of cases:
Minor repair
This case concerns repairs which do not involve replacing expensive parts and where the labour can be carried out within 4 hours.

Heavy repair
This case concerns repairs which require the replacement of expensive parts and where the labour cannot be carried out within 4 hours.
- Insertion sheath

Major repair
This case concerns repairs which require completely removing the unit and an almost complete change of the parts. Moreover, these operations require a substantial amount of labour time.
